Reimbursment process
The reimbursement is done in the following way by Misrad Haklita:
– 40% at the beginning of the program.
– 30% halfway through your program, if you have attended at least 60% of the classes.
– 30% at the end of your program after you have passed the final misrad haklita test and if you have participated in 80% of the courses.
*It’s important to note that the duration of those delays may vary as the Ministry of Absorption is responsible for all refunds.
Who can use the voucher?
All new immigrants who made aliyah for less than 10 years. If it’s your case, you can study Hebrew in the best private ulpan and get fully reimbursed by the ministry of immigrant absorption (Misrad Haklita).
Where is the Ulpan?
Ulpan integraliah is located at the address Lillienblum 29, Tel Aviv (in the Rothschild neighborhood). Although on our website you can see that Ulpan Integraliah offers online courses, the reimbursed courses can only take place on site at our address in Tel aviv according to the law.

Does an other efficient method exist ? I’m impressed by myself and my ability to communicate in Hebrew. I learnt damn fast !
I took morning lessons and I’ve use what they taught me during live exercise in the market, in the street, in a restaurant ... with Israelis in Hebrew. It looks like a game, and it’s pretty funny though, but eventually it works.
