Overall excellent experience. Gal and Yuval are my favorite teachers — worth every shekel.
Afternoon & Evening Hebrew Course in Tel Aviv
A group course built around your working day — twice a week at our Tel Aviv Ulpan, 17:00–19:00 or 19:00–21:00, over 7.5 weeks.
Who this course is for
The afternoon and evening course is for people who work or study during the day and still want to learn Hebrew in a real classroom:
- Working professionals who finish in the late afternoon
- People who can't free up whole mornings
- Anyone who wants a slower, sustainable rhythm over several weeks
- Beginners and continuing learners — you are placed by level
Afternoon or evening — pick your slot
There are two timetables, and they cover the same programme:
- Afternoon, 17:00–19:00 — for those who can leave work a little earlier or have free late afternoons.
- Evening, 19:00–21:00 — for those who finish later and prefer to study after dinner.
Both run twice a week over 7.5 weeks. Tell us which slot you'd like and we'll confirm availability in the next group.
How the weeks work
You meet two evenings a week. Each two-hour session keeps a comfortable pace — new material followed by speaking practice — so you can keep learning without giving up your days. Across 7.5 weeks you complete 30 live hours, the equivalent of 40 academic hours.
What you will be able to do
- Read and write in the Hebrew alphabet with growing ease
- Hold everyday conversations at your own pace
- Handle practical situations in Tel Aviv — work, errands, daily life
- Build the grammar and vocabulary for your next level
Levels and placement
All levels are welcome. A short level test places you so your group works at the right pace. Not sure where you stand? Take the free level test or ask us.

Learn Hebrew after work — the evening Ulpan for working olim in Tel Aviv
Keeping your job while learning Hebrew is the reality for most working olim. The afternoon Ulpan at Ulpan Integraliah, Lilienblum St 29 in Tel Aviv, runs evening Hebrew classes twice a week at 17:00 or 19:00, so nobody has to choose between a salary and the language. This after-work Hebrew rhythm — two sessions a week for 7.5 weeks — is one you can actually hold, with no burned-out mornings and no missed meetings.
Hebrew for working professionals and the job search
If you're balancing a job search and Hebrew, class time focuses on speaking without fear — interviews, colleagues, clients — plus the reading you need for contracts and letters from Misrad HaKlita. This Hebrew for working professionals covers every level from Alef to Gimel; start with the free level test.
When evenings don't fit either
Compare the morning intensive, learn Hebrew while keeping your job with live Zoom classes or self-paced videos, or go one-to-one with private lessons. Eligible new olim can use Misrad HaKlita vouchers. Check the next start dates, or leave your number and we'll call you after work hours if that's easier.
