Am I eligible?
These courses are exclusively for individuals who hold a valid voucher from Misrad HaKlita (the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration). They are organised by level.
- You recently made Aliyah and hold a valid Misrad HaKlita voucher.
- Your Hebrew is at level Bet, Gimel or Dalet (intermediate to advanced).
- Attendance and test requirements apply for the refund — see step 3.

A PDF workbook (printed book ₪180 optional) and a certificate on completion.

How does the refund work?
₪5,000 — refunded 100% by Misrad HaKlita once the attendance and test requirements are met.
The refund is conditional. You pay the course fee, then Misrad HaKlita refunds it in full only after you have met the attendance and test requirements set for the programme. It is not an unconditional refund.
- You register and pay the ₪5,000 course fee to reserve your place.
- You attend the course and sit the required test, meeting the attendance and test requirements.
- Misrad HaKlita then refunds the ₪5,000 in full.
The optional printed book (₪180) is not covered by the voucher.

Which sessions can I choose?

Morning or evening, by level
- Morning: 09:00–12:00, three days a week.
- Evening: 18:30–21:30, two days a week.
- 150 academic hours over 12/20 or 12/24 weeks, depending on the schedule.
- A group opens with a minimum of 5 participants; the start may shift by 1–2 weeks.

Your Ulpan voucher from Misrad HaKlita — a State-funded Hebrew course
If you made Aliyah less than 10 years ago, the Ulpan voucher from Misrad HaKlita (the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration) covers a full 150-hour, government-funded Hebrew course at our Ulpan in Tel Aviv. This study voucher is part of the sal klita support for olim hadashim, so new olim can move past survival Hebrew — reading a rental contract, calling the bank, handling admin — without tuition standing in the way of integration.
Who is eligible for the Ulpan voucher?
This free, funded Hebrew course is for new olim who made Aliyah less than 10 years ago and hold a valid voucher from the Ministry. Our voucher groups run this Aliyah Hebrew course at levels Bet, Gimel and Dalet; if you are not sure where you stand, take the free Hebrew level test first — it takes a few minutes and places you accurately.
