Shalom haverim,
Today we’re wrapping up our journey through the paal binyan in the past tense — the most common binyan in Hebrew.
So far, we’ve explored the first three subcategories: paal shlemim, paal ktzarim, and paal ot.
Now it’s time to look at the fourth and final subcategory: paal 4-yo, as well as a few important exceptions that you should be aware of.
In this lesson, we’ll learn how these verbs behave, how to identify them, and how to conjugate them correctly. We’ll also take a look at a few irregular verbs that don’t follow the usual rules.
To follow along and complete all the exercises, please open your books to pages 38–44.
